Booking:

During the initial booking of your appointment, please provide the meetup location (to pickup your cargo) in the following boxes under "Service will be provided at your location". The client must provide the transporter with the proper coordinates of the drop-off location via email.

We reserve the right to enforce this Cancellation, No- Confirmation policy.  48-hour notice is required to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointed service. A cancellation or re-schedule prohibits other clients from receiving services due to times allotted exclusively for scheduled appointments.  As a courtesy, we require this 48-hour notice. If this policy is not utilized, you will be charged 50% of the appointment service fee.

We do not provide services to transport hazardous materials. Likewise, we do not accept any hazmat materials onto our loads.  Please check the contents of your materials before making appointments or during the product pickup process.

Please ensure that your loads/pallets are securely wrapped and properly packaged. This will help maintain the products wellbeing, keep our transporters safe from injuiry, and increase the rapidness of your delivery.  Thank you!
